VOTING ABSENTEE FOR NOVEMBER 3, 2020 ELECTION

Election Information *** Voters in Door County are strongly urged to vote absentee for the November 3, 2020 General Election.  Polls will be open in the Village of Forestville for those who need them on Election Day, but voters are encouraged to vote absentee by requesting an absentee ballot as soon as possible. You can request an absentee ballot online at https://myvote.wi.gov/en-us/VoteAbsentee or in writing by contacting the Village of Forestville Clerk by email @ villageclerk@centurylink.net or at: N9275 County Road P, Algoma, WI 54201. Call 920.366.3640 w/ questions. The deadline to register online for the November 3, 2020 election is October 14, 2020.  Voters who need to register may also do so in person at their municipal clerk’s office until October 30, 2020 and on Election Day at the polling place. Also, please note that if your name or address has changed since the last election, you will need to register with your current information. You can check your registration status at https://myvote.wi.gov (click on “My Voter Info”).

The November 3, 2020 General Election is occurring as scheduled. The WEC strongly recommends that anyone planning to vote should request to have an absentee ballot mailed to them as soon as possible. • You must be registered to vote to request an absentee ballot.  • You may return your completed absentee ballot by mail, at the Village Hall Office mailbox inside the Forestville Library, or at the clerk’s home at N9275 County Rd P, Algoma, WI (secure ballot drop box adjacent to garage).
